MAJO Tier List (October 2026) – Best Witches, Bellakey Testing

Patch state: The October 7 downtime update is live. It adds Chapter 8: Blood of Despair, Eternal Contact: Bellakey, Tower of Anomalies - Beastfolk Exploration Zone, Double Prajna Demon Boss Training, Onslaught Trial, Challenge difficulty from Prologue through Chapter 4, and Training Rooms for Xuanji, Xinzi and Tomoe. The October 8 revision changed event shop timing, but neither notice gives enough PvE performance evidence to move Bellakey or other newer Witches out of Testing.

This independent MAJO tier list uses current roster information, published skill analysis, team utility and community PvE testing. It is not an official tier list. New banner units are marked Testing until real performance evidence is strong enough to rank.

PvP note: Witch Arena is live, and the October 7 known-issues fix adjusted reward distribution and Law effects for defending teams. PvP results are still tracked on a separate page because attack/defense behavior and ranking pressure do not automatically change PvE tiers.

Bellakey, Emily, Bazhuli, Petra, Isabe / Isabelle and Lomi / Lumi Testing

Bellakey is live through Eternal Contact from October 7 to October 28. Emily, Bazhuli, Petra, Isabe / Isabelle and Lomi / Lumi are still recent enough that their PvE value needs verified stage, boss and team evidence before receiving a final SS-B tier. The right first-pass evaluation is:

Older community translations may use Isabe and Lomi, while official English update text uses Isabelle and Lumi. This page keeps both spellings so players can find the same Witch without duplicate pages.

Best MAJO Characters

The safest all-around launch investments are Carmen, Xuanji, Maro, and Patra. Together they cover frontline protection, burst/Execution pressure, sustain and AoE magic damage. A coherent S/A-tier team can still outperform an unbalanced collection of SS characters.

SS Tier Witches

Carmen — Best Tank and Frontline Anchor

Carmen combines protection, control and sustain. She is the safest recommendation when fragile carries die before their burst window.

Xuanji — Best Execution DPS Core

Xuanji rewards teams that create Stagger, Knockdown and Execution windows. Her value rises when the squad supports that loop.

Maro — Best General Support

Maro supplies healing while retaining offensive team value, making her more flexible than a pure emergency healer.

Patra — Best AoE Magic DPS

Patra is the strongest launch recommendation for broad magic pressure and teams that exploit magic-resistance reduction.

MAJO Reroll Tier List

3. Synergy with Stagger, Knockdown, Execution, Dodge and Burst.
4. Investment value across general stages, Chapter 8, Tower of Anomalies, Onslaught Trial and Boss Training.
5. Availability of independent launch-version evidence.

Rankings never borrow data from the separate EROLABS version. Incomplete evidence receives a confidence label instead of false certainty.
