Does MAJO Pity Carry Over?
Yes, within the scope stated for the same Contact system. The official August 19 update says unused cumulative counts for both Origin Contact and Limited Contact carry into the next period. It does not say every count transfers between different banner types.
If you are at 43 pulls when a banner ends, do not assume the count disappears—but also do not assume it moves from Origin Contact to Limited or Eternal Return Contact.

The count accumulates during the banner and unused progress carries into the next Limited Contact period according to the official notice.
Origin Contact Pity
Origin Contact also tracks cumulative pulls and carries unused progress into its next period. A permanent Origin Contact: Wishlist opens September 9 at 11:00 UTC+8 and lets you choose two SSR Witches to raise their probability. The official overview does not say that choosing targets changes your existing Origin count, so verify the live detail screen before spending.
Eternal Return Contact and UR Isabe
UR Isabe / Isabelle is live after the August 26 update. Her Eternal Return Contact uses Witch Contract: Eternal Return Contact or Revelation Crystal. Do not treat it as Origin or Limited Contact or assume their pity counts apply.
Why the Pity UI Is Confusing
The September 9 update adds remaining-pulls-to-pity information to the Contact interface. This improves visibility but does not make separate Contact types share progress.

- Bazhuli Eternal Contact: 80 / 70 / 60, with unused progress carried within Eternal Contact.
